The fourty juniors who made the cut and participated in the Uganda Youth Lacrosse Championships will be of greater value if they can influence just two of their friends each to practice and learn the game of lacrosse.
The juniors are the solid rock in the development of lacrosse programs because the grass root programs is aimed at attracting more and more potential talented juniors to kick start a sports career in lacrosse.

When a young girl picks up a lacrosse stick in sub-Sahara Africa, they will have made a decision to study at Universities like Hopkins,Yale,Princeton and the University of Maryland.

How near to reality is this dream to a less previledged girl in Kampala Uganda who would want to be part of a success story whose life turned around because of lacrosse from a would be teenage mother to a hard core educated woman of susbstance who would stop at nothing to empower milions of Africa girls who have not come to reality with the current trend of life where all humanity deserves a flat plat form to be able to compete favourably.
